Covington Town Center​
is a 180-acre Mixed-Use project located in Covington, GA. Within the Master Plan is a 29-acre greenspace that we have preserved. This protected area is home to a variety birds and other wildlife. The project offers miles of sidewalks and walking trails which enhance the live, work, and play experience and provides connectivity throughout the project. The development is 38 miles east of Atlanta, strategically located just off Interstate 20. The Master Plan includes a medical office building, 350 Apartment units, 270 townhomes, and a 175,000 square foot retail center anchored by Publix. In addition, there are three national hotels currently under construction: Residence Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, and Staybridge Suites. There are a variety of restaurants planned for the Outparcels fronting Alcovy Road. Covington Town Center will become the premier destination for shopping, dining, and creating memories. Once Covington Town Center is completed, there will be over 34,000 visits per day. This unique project will be transformational for the area.
